Prevention and Protection Your best work won’t make the news We work towards a safer London. Where fewer lives face serious danger, our streets are preserved, and ultimately, fewer 999 calls need to be made. From homes to hospitals to London’s iconic architecture, our top priorities are education and prevention. We advise on evacuation planning, inspect buildings thoroughly, and identify potential risks long before they have the chance to become emergencies. We want London to be confident in how to reduce risks, and clear on what to do in an emergency. Explore roles Recruitment process Firefighting is a unique job that very few can do.
